Hmm! Six items for living in seclusion for six months. Most likely has to fit within the realms of Thedas’ logic. The situation itself is something that she most likely would not be able to take on; she isolates herself from deep relationships, true, but constant and active interaction with others is how she thrives.

we will also assume wherever this is has a way for her to get food, water, and plants/herbs

• Supplies for proper herbalism in case of emergencies (supplies would include mortar & pestle, bottles for storage; y’know, basics, but only enough to be carried)
• A small collection of books (including Brother Genetivi’s In Pursuit of Knowledge: Tales of a Chantry Scholar and the ever scandalous Parting the Veil)
• Proper oils, perfumes, and lotions tyvm
• A journal with accompanying inkwell and quill pen
• A box of cooking spices
• The most comfortable bedroll she can find

like how in sibling circle verse she pretty much takes on a mom role despite only being a year older than him

and as they get older daylen becomes more jaded and jeanne acts out so their roles kind of switch

except when daylen does something dangerous or makes a big decision without consulting her and they end up fighting about it

and he says something akin to YOU HARDLY EVER ACT YOUR AGE or YOU AREN’T MY MOTHER, STOP ACTING LIKE IT

she just gets this look on her face that scares him because it makes her look years older, aeons older, so tired and just as jaded as he is or even moreso, what she hides with all her teasing and vulgarity

and tells him well i’m sorry to disappoint but i’m about as close as you’re going to get to one

and it hurts him and it hurts her and oh my god THEY HAVE THE MOST EXTREME HIGHS AND LOWS why my heart
